Chilli Chicken ek bahut hi popular Indo-Chinese dish hai, jo duniya bhar ke gharo mein ek khaas jagah bana chuki hai. Is dish mein teekha aur khatta swaad ek saath milta hai, jisse sabko bahut pasand aata hai. Yeh dish kisi bhi mauke ke liye perfect hai, chahe woh party ho, family dinner ho ya phir friends ke saath casual night in ho. Is recipe ko follow karna bahut hi aasaan hai aur isko kuch hi samay mein taiyaar kiya ja sakta hai.

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken, chhote tukde mein kaat lijiye
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon maida
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sirka
  • 1 teaspoon namak
  • 1 teaspoon kali mirch
  • 1 teaspoon adrak ka paste
  • 1 teaspoon lehsun ka paste
  • 2-3 hari mirch, kaati hui
  • 2 tablespoon tel
  • 1 pyaaz, kaati hui
  • 1 hara shimla mirch, kaata hua
  • 1 laal shimla mirch, kaata hua
  • 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder
  • 1 teaspoon cheeni
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour, 1/4 cup paani mein dissolve kiya hua
  • Taza dhaniya ke patte, kaate huye (garnishing ke liye)

Instructions:

  1. Ek mixing bowl mein boneless chicken, cornflour, maida, soy sauce, sirka, namak, kali mirch, adrak ka paste aur lehsun ka paste daal kar ache se mix karein. Ab ise 15-20 minute ke liye side par rakh dein.
  2. Ek wok ya deep pan mein tel garam karein aur marinated chicken tukde ko golden brown hone tak fry karein. Chicken ko wok se nikalein aur side par rakh dein.
  3. Wok mein hi kaati hui pyaaz aur hari mirch daal kar 1 minute tak stir-fry karein, phir usmein kaate hue hare aur laal shimla mirch daal kar 2-3 minute tak continue stir-fry karein, jab tak sabzi thodi naram ho jaaye.
  4. Sabzi mein lal mirch powder, cheeni aur tomato ketchup daal kar ache se mix karein aur 1-2 minute tak cook karein.
  5. Wok mein fried chicken tukde daal kar sabzi ke saath ache se mix karein.
  6. Cornflour ka dissolve kiya hua mixture wok mein daal kar ache se mix karein, jab tak sauce chicken aur sabzi ko cover karne lage aur thick ho jaaye.
  7. Taza dhaniya ke patte se garnish karein aur garam-garam steamed rice ya noodles ke saath serve karein.
