Gautam Adani’s big deal, Adani Group to buy a stake in NDTV: Gautam Adani Group’s AMG Media Network Limited announced that it will buy a stake in media house NDTV. Adani Group will purchase a 29.18% share in NDTV i.e. New Delhi Television Limited. It will also acquire a 26% share in NDTV via an open sale.

This will give Adani a greater than 55% stake and make it the largest stakeholder in the media group. It is estimated that the deal will be worth around Rs 495 Crore. NDTV shares closed Tuesday at Rs 376.55, an increase of 5% from Tuesday.
